Outside dining

Not only does Steel-Worx have great facilities inside, step outside and you will find yet another facet to this charming restaurant and bar.

This is the perfect out door dining setting, complete with marvelous mural depicting Methven, Mt Hutt and the Canterbury plains. This very colourful addition to the garden bar was painted by the extremely talented Michaela Cox.

The beer garden will be the place to be in the summer. This very private area is well set up for all occasions weather it be for a private function or you just want to sit and relax - far from the hustle and bustle, dust and noise of Methven.

Imagine sitting in this sun-soaked area, sipping a long cool ale or a refreshing gin, chatting idly with your friends and enjoying some of the best food in Methven. Nice!
